At Little Muffet, we strive to ensure your little ones love their new outfits, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 15-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure that all items remain unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check & Packing

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Pickup Arrangement

  Once your request is approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your shipping address within 2-3 business days.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the returned garment passes our quality inspection, your refund or store credit will be processed and issued within 7 working days.
